This form will give us all needed information in front of your visit of ESSZ. As requested in the AIP this is mandatory for multiple school landings.

This is not a PPR, you will not get back an approval E-mail, we need this PN from you only for legal reasons because ESSZ has a restriction in total number of starts per year. But if you ask a question in the free text field at the end, we will come back to you later of course.

You will see a feedback at the end when you have pushed the "Submit" button as indication for successful delivery.
